The first night of revival during ministry time, I was supporting a sister (Tonia) while casting out a demon from a young woman. The woman had been struggling with this demon for a long time and had been struggling for weeks to get rid of it. Her husband said they would pray and the demon was manifest and he would try to cast it out but it wouldn't go. The demon was stubborn and was not wanting to leave. Out of the blue, the word dollhouse came to mind. It came to mind over and over and over again. The group took a break and began asking the lady if there was something she had not repented of or if they had done any kind of witchcraft. I told Tonia...this is going to sound weird and I have no idea what it supposed to mean. This normally does not happen to me but the word dollhouse keeps coming to mind. At first they said they did not understand and the husband says...didn't you get a dollhouse at a garage sale? She says, "yeah, but I don't what that has to do with anything".
Tonia asks, did anything change around the house once you got the dollhouse. She says, "now that you mention it...yeah, weird things started to happen". The group prayed and broke any kind of association to the dollhouse. I think someone suggested getting rid of it. The dollhouse was not the what the strongman demon was attached to but and open door to other things.
I thought mentioning the dollhouse would end up meaning nothing and was surprised when they said they recently got a dollhouse at a garage sale and weird things started to happen in their home.
I had a sense she had some issue and anger towards God. Later that night, she admitted to Daniel she had unforgiveness and anger in her heart. As soon as she repented, the demon was cast out and she got the freedom she has been longing for.
